Waxahachie, TX

When I arrived late in Dallas, T picked me up from the airport and we went to her house in Waxahachie. I’d never been to her house until now so it was a great time. I got in at 1:30 am so we just went to sleep when we got back. The next day she drove me around her town, we got lunch downtown, and then went back to her house to swim. That night we had steaks because her dad got a brand new grill. It was yummy. Ts boyfriend came earlier that day too. We all were there because yesterday her family had their annual Fourth of July weekend party. It was so much fun we went out on the lake (my first time on a boat on the lake), we made pasta salad because it was a potluck, we ate dinner, played grass volleyball, swam, and then Bryce put on an awesome fireworks show. It was a great event. This morning we are waiting for the cinnamon rolls to get finished and then Abby (pal from Trinity who came for the party) is driving me to meet up with Maggie and Marshall and they will drive me home to Lubbock. It’ll be great to be home finally, but I already miss adventuring in Asia.
